Why Order Management and User Support?
We offer user support services related to website management, ranging from the simplest tasks to solving the most complex problems. There is no issue that remains unsolved!
As part of our support service, we respond to ongoing website-related inquiries and perform design tasks (adding and designing images), input texts and documents onto content pages. If necessary, we edit website content and organize or create the website structure. We also provide advice on issues that arise when using various content management systems. If desired, we can edit your website content for language errors and make corrections.
We can manage all commonly used content management systems: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, as well as Estonia-based CMSs or pure HTML.
If needed, we also assist with SEO and AdWords.
User support is based on an hourly rate of 55€ per hour. To join our user support service, a contract must be signed that specifies the number of maintenance hours and a fixed monthly fee.
This is significantly more cost-effective than employing a full-time web administrator.
